Refunds All registrations for C21 Canada events are non-refundable. Badge reprints If you lose or misplace your badge onsite, a $50 fee will be charged to have it reprinted. Guests Guest packages allow access for non-C21 members to the "Happy Hour" and "Party Night" only. Transfers All package transfers and assignments must be made by the transfer/assignment closing date. Transfers/assignments made past the closing date will incur a $50 fee. Privacy Policy: The information you provide when you register online will be collected, used and disclosed only for the purposes of promoting CENTURY 21 events and to facilitate event registration. Photos and Videos: CENTURY 21 Canada may use photos or recordings taken during the CENTURY 21 events which may include your voice or likeness, in CENTURY 21 newsletters, printed and digital promotional materials, and on social networking Internet Sites (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter (X), YouTube, and company blogs) for the purposes of promoting and advertising CENTURY 21 Canada’s brand, services, programs, and/or other consistent purposes. You release CENTURY 21 Canada and its officers, employees, and affiliates from all claims, demands, and causes of action connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of such interviews, photographs, images, video and/or sound recordings. You authorize CENTURY 21 Canada to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, and distribute these photos and/or recordings for the purposes set forth above and further waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product where your likeness appears. Your photographs and/or recordings may be used with or without identification of your name and affiliation. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, or other publication of these materials. Unless you advise us by e-mail at events@century21.ca stating that you object to any or all of the particular uses outlined above, we will proceed on the basis that you have consented to the use of any photographs and recordings that were taken for the purposes set out above. You understand that revocation of consent will not apply to already published materials.
