OneC21 is our biggest event of the year and we’ve got a lot going on!
Read this page carefully for everything you need to know about how our conference is run and how you can make the most of this great networking experience.
WHAT'S NEW THIS YEAR
- From March 9-11, we’ll be at the Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, BC
- This year is the milestone 50th anniversary celebration of our brand!
- Our goal is to reflect on the legacy we've built while also helping you strategize for the future of your business.
EVENT APP
- Search your app store for the 'CENTURY 21 Canada Events App'
- Enter the event code 'Conference2026'
- To get full use out of the app, login with your @century21.ca email address and personalized pin sent in the email subject line: "OneC21 2026: Download the OneC21 2026 App"
- Be sure to allow push notifications to receive reminders for sessions and events throughout conference!
GENERAL TIPS
- The dress code for conference is Business Casual. Costumes are encouraged on party night! (See Below)
- Tuesday, March 10 is Wear Your C21 Pride Day! During our daytime programming we encourage you to dust off your gold jackets, pull out your C21 sports jerseys, or dig for any other C21 swag you have sitting in your closet!
- Use our conference app to favourite the Breakout Sessions that sound interesting ahead of time so that you're not choosing last minute
- Read the daily 'Conference Compass' emails to stay up-to-date on what's happening each day of OneC21
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
- Meals will be served on the second floor. See the map in app for location details.

REGISTRATION
- Make your first stop our Registration Desk on the main floor in the Conference Centre of the Westin Bayshore
- When you check in, you'll receive your attendee badge, two drink tickets, and specially curated 50th anniversary swag items
- No physical ticket is necessary, but keep your Confirmation Email bookmarked in case of a technical glitch
- You can come back to the Registration Desk during the event if you ever need help or have questions

- WEDNESDAY | 8:30am - 1:00pm
- Registration Desk will be closed during the General Sessions
- This year's swag bag is loaded with goodies! If you love them as much as we do, you an purchase more at the registration desk
GENERAL AND BREAKOUT SESSIONS
- Our General Sessions will gather all attendees each day of the conference and will feature our main speakers, head office updates, awards presentations, and exciting news about our next conference
- Breakout Sessions allow you choose your own adventure through OneC21. Pick the sessions that you feel fit your personal business goals, and visit our agenda to learn more about what each one’s about.
CONNECTION HUB
- Explore the booths from exhibitors! Our industry vendors offer various business perks, and you can purchase a quality piece of C21 swag to show off your brand pride!
- You’ll also be able to connect with C21-ers at their Networking Tables, a great opportunity to make new connections and gain referral opportunities!
SPECIAL EVENTS
Award Winner Brunch (By Invite Only)
- March 8 | 9:00am - 11:00am & 10:30am - 12:30pm
- For 2025 Award Winners (Masters Silver — Grand CENTURION) who are registered for OneC21 2026.
- This will be when you'll get the chance to cross the stage and get your photos taken to commemorate your 2025 annual award win, so please make your travel plans accordingly!
- Please note: This will be an invite-only, complimentary event, and space will be limited. RSVP required.
Broker Day
- March 8 | 12:00pm - 4:30pm | The Westin Bayshore
- This session is designed for the brokers, by the brokers. We’ll have activities geared towards leadership, recruitment, retention and navigating market conditions. | Register for Broker Day
CENTURION® Reception
- March 8 | 4:30pm - 6:00pm | Invite Only
- Sponsored by Clarkes Recognition Ltd. for CENTURION winners.
- This special cocktail reception is for our top award winners! Join us for drinks, appetizers, networking and another photo opportunity with our iconic statue. No RSVP required, attendees must have a CENTURION attendee badge to enter.
- March 9 | 1:15pm - 2:00pm | Salon D
- Our first-time conference goers are invited to a mixer during the lunch hour to get to know each other
- March 9 | 4:00pm - 6:00pm | Stanley Park Ballroom
- Join us at the Connection Hub Happy Hour for some drinks, snacks, and networking with conference attendees and exhibitors.
- You may use your drink tickets at this event
PARTY NIGHT
- March 10 | 7:30pm - 12:00am | The Westin Bayshore, Bayshore Grand Ballroom
- Our party night this year is the gold Gala and will bring back the Famous Players band to keep the dancing going late into the night
- Dress in your best evening cocktail attire and pick whatever colours you like — just make sure those shoes are made for dancing!
- Dinner is on your own
- You may use your drink tickets at this event
- Non-C21 guests who have purchased guest tickets are invited!
GUEST TICKETS
Guests are welcome! A Guest Ticket gives non-C21 guests access to the Connection Hub Happy Hour and the Party Night (includes 2 drink tickets)
